When compared to other organizations do you really think that your company has better products and compensation plans?
I have heard this over and again, and I am sure you too have-the “my company's products and compensation plans are better” slogan by frustrated and struggling network marketers.
Are you not tired of using phrases that have been so abused and overused?
Ask an average network marketer on the street on why you should join them and you will hear them give you a list of how their company is listed in the top list of Fortune 500 companies, how much growth they have experienced in the last couple of years , their products and compensation plans and blah blah.
But really, do you think your products and compensation plans really make you successful?
I joined several network marketing opportunities and failed woefully before I realized this truth. There was this particular opportunity I had joined at one time and I loved the products and literally used most of them because of how much in love I was with them, but all that never translated to success for me. I struggled all along to gain uninhibited access to the benefits detailed in the compensation plans to no avail. It only appeared as if the more I tried the further away I drifted from receiving the much talked about compensation plans. When I began to realize there was something wrong in the way we went about promoting these opportunities, I remembered telling my upline and sponsor several times that there was more to what we were doing and could do to become successful.
When ever I began to interact with the successful in the industry I have had the opportunity to meet it became obvious that what has made them successful was not in what was without, but what what's inside.
Now listen up!
If you ever want to succeed in Network Marketing beginning now, you have to stop believing the lies that your company's products and compensation plans will make you successful and rich, because they will certainly not, if you neglect what's important.
Following after what most companies tell you that make them different from others without giving thought to the impact such could have on your relationships will only end up turning you against your friends in other companies- (this is one of the major reasons for the acrimony that exists among many network marketers in my country); they compare themselves with themselves. You know what Scripture says about people who compare themselves with themselves-they heap up condemnation for themselves. Read your Bible.
If your company's products and compensation plans do not make you successful, what then? You may ask.
I will shock you with the answer.
What makes you successful as a Network Marketer?
Systems do .
Read that again.
So stop searching after companies because better ones will always come on board. Start looking for great systems and before long you will find success with Network Marketing. Systems are a set of things that work together to make you successful. Such things as skills set, time frame, methodology, mindset, routine, goals-all integrated into a working or decent plan. There are marketing systems, branding systems, product creation systems, brand differentiation systems, etc.
